Where we started
Salt Square was founded in 2021 as a tech hub in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a clear aim: become an AI-enabled engineering organization serving demanding clients in the US and Europe.
The company is new; the experience behind it is not. Our leadership brought more than 15 years of building offshore engineering teams, and had already hired and led hundreds of engineers.
How we grew
We grew the way we want clients to grow with us: one team, delivered well, then more. Today Salt Square has more than 100 engineers and more than 20 clients, working in healthcare, enterprise software, fintech and consumer platforms.
